• Sambal Tumis Prawns
Serves 4

You will need:

12 large prawns, with shells on
1 onion, diced
1 jar Malay Taste Sambal Tumis
1 tbsp oil


Add cucumber slices and chopped coriander to finish off the dish.


1. Heat the oil in a frying pan or wok.
2. Add the onion and stir until golden brown.
3. Add the Sambal Tumis and prawns and simmer until prawns are cooked.
4. Serve with steamed rice.
